Chính sách quyền riêng tư

•Thông tin tài khoản: email, tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện (từ Google/Apple khi đăng nhập) hoặc email và mật khẩu đã mã hoá.

•Dữ liệu học tập: sổ tay từ vựng, tiến độ học, tuỳ chọn ngôn ngữ, giọng đọc và giao diện.

•Dữ liệu thiết bị và đăng nhập: địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt/hệ điều hành, mã thiết bị do website tạo, thời điểm đăng nhập, vị trí ước tính theo IP.

•Dữ liệu sử dụng và an toàn: trang đã xem, dấu hiệu bất thường (mở DevTools, truy cập tự động) để cải thiện sản phẩm và phát hiện lạm dụng.

Chúng tôi không thu thập thông tin thanh toán (thẻ, tài khoản ngân hàng) vì hiện không thu phí.

•Cung cấp dịch vụ và đồng bộ dữ liệu học giữa các thiết bị.

•Tạo audio phát âm cho từ và câu ví dụ trong sổ tay của bạn.

•Xác thực, bảo mật tài khoản, giới hạn số thiết bị đăng nhập.

•Phát hiện gian lận, crawl dữ liệu, spam và bảo vệ hệ thống.

Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu của bạn cho quảng cáo và không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với các bên xử lý cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ:

•Google: đăng nhập bằng Google.

•Apple: đăng nhập bằng Apple (Sign in with Apple).

•Cloudflare: hạ tầng website (máy chủ, CDN, chống tấn công).

•Amazon Web Services (S3): lưu trữ file audio phát âm.

•Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Các bên này chỉ được dùng dữ liệu cho mục đích cung cấp dịch vụ cho chúng tôi.

Khi bạn chọn Đăng nhập bằng Google, NhaiTOEIC chỉ yêu cầu quyền cơ bản (openid, email, profile): địa chỉ email, tên và ảnh đại diện. Chúng tôi không truy cập Gmail, Google Drive, danh bạ hay bất kỳ dữ liệu Google nào khác.

•Sử dụng: chỉ để tạo, xác thực tài khoản và hiển thị tên, ảnh đại diện của bạn.

•Chia sẻ: chúng tôi không bán, không chuyển dữ liệu Google của bạn cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cho quảng cáo hay để huấn luyện mô hình AI.

English summary: When you sign in with Google, NhaiTOEIC requests only the basic scopes (openid, email, profile). We use this data solely to create and authenticate your account and display your name and avatar. NhaiTOEIC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Khi bạn chọn Đăng nhập bằng Apple, chúng tôi nhận mã định danh Apple, email (có thể là email ẩn danh do Apple chuyển tiếp) và tên (chỉ ở lần đăng nhập đầu, nếu bạn cho phép). Dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để tạo và xác thực tài khoản.

Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ do chúng tôi quản lý, truyền tải qua HTTPS và mã hoá thêm ở tầng ứng dụng, mật khẩu được băm một chiều, phiên đăng nhập dùng token có thời hạn.

Dữ liệu tài khoản được giữ cho tới khi bạn xoá tài khoản. Nhật ký kỹ thuật (IP, đăng nhập, trang đã xem) được giữ tối đa 12 tháng trừ khi cần lâu hơn để điều tra vi phạm.

•Xem và sửa thông tin tài khoản, đổi mật khẩu trong mục Tài khoản.

•Xoá tài khoản trực tiếp tại Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản. Tài khoản bị vô hiệu hoá ngay; đăng nhập lại và chọn Khôi phục để dùng tiếp. Yêu cầu xoá vĩnh viễn qua email hỗ trợ.

Chúng tôi phản hồi yêu cầu trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.

Dịch vụ không hướng tới trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Người dưới 18 tuổi nên có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ khi đăng ký.

Website dùng cookie/localStorage để giữ phiên đăng nhập, mã thiết bị, tiến độ học tạm thời và tuỳ chọn (ngôn ngữ, giao diện sáng/tối, giọng đọc). Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo của bên thứ ba.

This Privacy Policy explains how NhaiTOEIC (https://nhaitoeic.com, "we") collects, uses, shares, stores and deletes your data. NhaiTOEIC is a free personal English vocabulary notebook for TOEIC learners.

•Account data: email address, display name and profile picture (from Google or Apple when you sign in), or your email and a hashed password if you register with email.

•Learning data you create: your word sets (word, IPA, part of speech, meaning, example sentences), study progress and preferences (language, voice, theme).

•Device and sign-in data: IP address, browser/OS type, a device identifier generated by the website, sign-in time and approximate location derived from the IP address.

•Usage and security data: pages viewed and abnormal-activity signals (e.g. automated access) used to protect the service.

We do not collect payment information — the service is currently free.

•To create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in.

•To store your notebook and sync it across your devices, and to generate pronunciation audio for your words and example sentences.

•To secure the service: limit concurrent devices, detect fraud, scraping and spam.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

When you choose "Sign in with Google", NhaiTOEIC requests only the basic scopes openid, email and profile. We receive your email address, name and profile picture. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts or any other Google data.

•Use: only to create and authenticate your account and show your name and avatar in the app.

•Sharing: we do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, and do not use it for advertising or to train AI/ML models.

•Storage and protection: stored on our servers, transmitted over HTTPS and additionally encrypted at the application layer.

•Retention and deletion: kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account (https://nhaitoeic.com/delete-account) or by emailing thocodehoctiengnhat@gmail.com; we will delete your Google user data on request.

NhaiTOEIC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you choose "Sign in with Apple", we receive an Apple user identifier, an email address (which may be an Apple private relay address) and your name (only on first sign-in, if you allow it). This data is used only to create and authenticate your account.

Data is shared only with processors needed to run the service: Google and Apple (sign-in), Cloudflare (website hosting, CDN, DDoS protection), Amazon Web Services S3 (pronunciation audio storage), and competent authorities when required by law. These providers may use the data only to provide their services to us.

Account data is kept until you delete your account; technical logs (IP, sign-ins, page views) are kept for up to 12 months unless needed longer to investigate abuse. Passwords are one-way hashed and sessions use expiring tokens.

You can view and edit your account, change your password, and delete your account in the app. Deleting deactivates the account immediately; to request permanent deletion of your personal data, email thocodehoctiengnhat@gmail.com. We respond within 7 business days.

The service is not directed to children under 13. We use cookies/localStorage only for sign-in, device ID, study progress and preferences — no third-party advertising cookies.
